The room had decent cleanliness and a nice tv for unwinding. It’s a bummer there wasn’t any breakfast, just coffee and vending snacks. Staff seemed a bit stuck on rules, which was frustrating, but overall, the stay was okay.

The room was clean and well-stocked, featuring an excellent flat screen TV and comfortable beds with three pillows each. Water pressure was good, and hot water was readily available. The staff efficiently resolved a check-in issue caused by a cancellation, ensuring a pleasant stay despite ongoing renovations.
The hotel is undergoing renovations, which may lead to some rough edges.

absolutely ridiculous, the coffee doesn’t start until 8 AM. Who decides this? The room wasn't cleaned, either. How hard is it to change a bed? And I simply asked for a complimentary breakfast after all that hassle, but no, I guess that’s asking too much. I almost considered a good review, but I just couldn’t.

Loved that my room was clean and well-stocked! 👍 But the coffee situation at 8 AM was super weird. I really just wanted it earlier. Definitely needs better breakfast options, too.

The staff was quite friendly, but the
overall condition of the hotel reflects ongoing renovations. While my Standard Double Room was clean and well-stocked, I did notice lingering odors in certain areas. Additionally, the TV service was less than ideal. With a few more improvements, this place could really shine.

We had an awesome time exploring the nearby Horseshoe Curve National Historic Landmark. Watching the trains zoom around the massive curves was a hit with the kids. Plus, our non-service dog was welcome with us, making it super convenient for our family.
For dads, it would be great if the outdoor area had more kid-friendly activities.

Just a fine choice for shopping in Altoona with good value for money. The staff was friendly and helped me find a good local restaurant. Make sure to ask for directions to avoid getting lost.

The stay featured a clean room, and the freshly baked European bread was a delightful surprise. However, no breakfast was offered, and the only available snack was from a vending machine. While the staff is trying to better the place, one clerk was somewhat inflexible regarding extending my stay, which was frustrating.
